Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-06-02

These Terms are the contract between you and Nesora Innovations LLP ("ShipSet", "we", "us"), the operator of shipset.app. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. The product

ShipSet is an online course and software product that teaches Product Managers how to ship AI features. Access to the curriculum is sold as a one-time purchase (Founding Lifetime) or as a subscription (Annual or Monthly). The first 5 main lessons are free for everyone, no card required. The PM Primer (7 lessons) is a separate always-free track.

2. Eligibility and account

3. Payment, plans, and renewals

4. Refunds

Every paid plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the full Refund Policy for the conditions and the process.

5. Your content and your portfolio

6. Our content

The curriculum, lessons, templates, code, designs, brand, and the ShipSet name are owned by Nesora Innovations LLP and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the material for your own learning. You may not:

You can quote short excerpts with attribution (e.g., for a blog post or a job application), and you can share your own portfolio artifacts publicly. The ShipSet-issued certificate is yours to share, with its verification URL intact.

7. AI features

Captain is an AI mentor. It tries to be accurate but may be wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output. Your Captain conversations are processed by Anthropic Claude under their commercial API terms, which do not use your messages to train their models.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violation may result in account suspension or termination, with no refund for serious breaches.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee zero downtime. We may take the service offline for maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control (third-party outages, network issues, force majeure).

10. Changes to the product

We are an active product. We will add lessons, fix bugs, change UI, and occasionally retire features that are not working. We will not materially reduce the core 90-day curriculum during the period you have paid for. Founding members get any future major feature additions included.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The product is provided as is and as available. We do not promise specific career outcomes, job offers, or salary increases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to ShipSet is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

12. Termination

You can stop using ShipSet at any time. You can delete your account from /app/you. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms; for non-serious breaches we will give you a chance to fix the issue first.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Nothing here removes consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give you at least 14 days notice by email or in-product banner. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. The current version is always at shipset.app/terms.
