Refund Policy

We want you to commit to ShipSet, not feel trapped by it. Every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. No forms, no friction.
1. The 7-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase, for any reason. This applies to:
- Founding Lifetime (one-time)
- Annual
- Monthly
After the 7-day window, the original purchase is non-refundable.
2. Subscription renewals
Annual and Monthly subscriptions auto-renew. If you forget to cancel and a renewal charges you, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it. We will also turn off auto-renew so it does not happen again.
You can cancel auto-renew any time from /app/you without losing access for the rest of the period you have paid for.
3. How to request a refund
- Email hello@shipset.app from the address you used to sign up.
- Subject line: Refund request.
- Tell us the email on your ShipSet account and (optionally) why — your feedback helps us improve.
We will confirm within 2 business days and process the refund within 5-10 business days after that. The exact time depends on your card or bank.
4. How refunds are paid back
- INR via Razorpay — refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking). Usually 5-7 business days.
- USD via our merchant of record (post-LLP) — refunded to the original card. Usually 5-10 business days.
- We do not issue refunds as account credit, gift cards, or to a different payment method.
5. What happens to your access
Once a refund is issued, your paid access is revoked. You will still be able to log in and read the free lessons (the first 5 main lessons, plus the always-free PM Primer).
6. Exceptions
We may decline a refund in rare cases:
- We have evidence of policy abuse (e.g., repeatedly buying and refunding to harvest content).
- The account was suspended for a serious breach of the Terms.
- The request is outside the time window above and no exceptional circumstances apply.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country of residence. Nothing here removes those rights.
