Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What ShipSet is
ShipSet is a fully digital product. There is nothing to ship. When you pay, you are buying access to a web application and mobile apps that stream lessons, exercises, Captain (our AI mentor), and your progress data on demand.
2. When access is delivered
- Web checkout (Razorpay, India): access is unlocked automatically the moment Razorpay confirms your payment, typically within a few seconds. If our servers need to catch up, it may take up to 15 minutes.
- Web checkout (Lemon Squeezy, international): same — access is unlocked on the payment-succeeded webhook, typically within a few seconds and always within 15 minutes.
- In-app purchase (iOS App Store, Google Play): access is unlocked as soon as the store confirms the purchase to our servers. Usually instant.
If your payment has been debited but you do not see access after 15 minutes, please email hello@shipset.app with your payment reference. We resolve these manually the same day.
3. How to access ShipSet
- Web: sign in at shipset.app/login using the email address you paid with.
- Mobile: install the ShipSet app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the same email.
4. No physical goods
We do not ship any physical items, courseware, USB drives, printed workbooks, or certificates. The end-of-program certificate is delivered digitally as a shareable online credential.
5. Refunds
Because there is nothing to ship, delivery-related refund questions do not apply. Our regular Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee) covers every paid plan.
